Returns

Because our products are made to order, returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the item

  • a brief explanation of the issue

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • incorrect size chosen by the customer

  • buyer’s remorse

  • minor color differences caused by screens

  • normal wear and tear

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered depending on product availability.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
